I had an appointment today. I told them 2 days ago that they would need a portable. The technician showed up without... the material, told me to hold on, went back outside and never came back. I’ve called twice and sent messages. No answer. This was my 1st and last time booking them. Very unpleasant experience. Very unprofessional behavior. I do not recommend them. They are unreliable at best.read more

They were able to send someone out quickly after our initial reach out. They came to our home in Lewisville and cleaned... 3 rooms with pretty bad carpet stains for extremely reasonable pricing. They were professional, quick (only took about an hour), and my carpets look great!read more

Very impressed! Far better than I expected. Their steam cleaning does the trick! The pre-treating was amazing! -... because it removed a few spots that others couldn't remove.Our chairs and sofa look like new again.They brought our 10 year old carpet back to life!Excellent pricing, and outstanding cleaning!read more

They no-showed me after waiting 2 weeks & confirming me TWICE & didnt even call. I had gotten all my pets crated &... boarded-moved my furniture, vacuumed & took off wk half a day to have this done. I got someone else who showed up & did a fantastic job for $100 less.read more
